Refund and Returns: We believe in our products 100%. We are trying our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face with our service, but we understand that it takes work for some. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have an issue that we are unable to solve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

How do I request a refund?

Please note your transaction order ID with the subject “Request and refund” and describe in your email the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. For some reason, you have to send us proofs, and we will send you proofs as well of our work and things we notice and have to show you too to explain our point of view and our decision in more detail and transparency.

Conditions:

Please understand and accept that we can only provide refunds due to technical issues if you allow us to help them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your problem within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Please get in touch with our live support 24/7 at any time if you need assistance. 

  1. We can only issue refunds within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds can be processed. 
  2. If you paid using credit cards, refunds are generally processed, and funds are returned to the customer’s bank account via the debit card within 7 to 14 working days. 
  3. Refunds will only be issued on 1 one-month IPTV subscription.
  4. However, there are cases in which a refund takes longer to process, up to 14 days. We are not responsible for these time frames and delays. We are not the payment provider, just the IPTV service provider. 
  5. We will refund only purchases completed in less than 7 days. All other refund requests will be returned partially according to the subscription’s used period. The SKY IPTV support team will contact users in all refund cases. 

Note: Every refund usually takes 7 to 14 working days to take place, and it’s not in our hands to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. After seeing the request and checking user information, we will try our best to refund any users as soon as possible.

We will not send refunds or make partial refunds if:

The user needs help setting up their box and system on their end. 

We will provide our best support to set up their boxes, devices, apps, and systems in all assistance requests. We need to learn about the circumstances of the box, devices, system, etc.; our support is limited to pre-defined steps for devices.

Some channels are freezing, buffering, or not working rarely:

Though almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or don’t work for various reasons, but it’s not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them. 

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons: 

  1. Customer internet fluctuations. 
  2. Issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general. 
  3. Your ISP has an issue. 
  4. The channel is down from the server end. 
  5. The customer changed their mind and wanted to withdraw or switch between servers.

If the user or customer can’t watch their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more because of a server issue or any other problems caused by the US, we will completely refund the package price or add all lost time to your subscription for free, plus some extra bonuses we can negotiate together.
